Hi everyone,
I have Thief 2 installed. I have the 2 cd version.
I'm using the T2 1.27D fix and have installed the MS Direct X and other software as instructed.
Everything works fine except........When I try to finish the 3rd "Framed" mission...The game won't allow me to drop the strongbox nor can I drop the hankerchief!!
Have I installed this game wrong OR am I missing something?

Yeah, back in the day, I also found out about the drop key when that objective came up.
Played both Thief 1 entirely and up to that point in Thief 2 by always yeeting objects that I didn't need, when I could have just dropped them, which is much less noisy🤷… I guess they probably should have included something about this in the training mission.

Haha, most of us missed that one, I think, until someone told us the key for it.
