Thief 2 (GOG Edition) - Key is not falling

Hello,

I am just replaying Thief 2 (GOG Edition), mission "Shipping and receiving". In the restaurant vault, the key to the safe is not falling in the freezer. I pressed the red button, and checked the two lower vents as seen in playthroughs on YouTube, but there is no key. Maybe I am playing a different version where things have been changing?

Sorry! I just realized that the key was in the cage with the spider, and I had already picked it up.
