also i wanted to know how do i find the key for the upper office in the big room band played? i never went there once in all the endings i did
Do you mean the room marked as room 31 on the map, where Anger's music will be played? I went in there without a key.
When Garrett talks to Anger during the mission, a grate opens
on the 4th level (don't remember whether the basement counts as level 1 or "level zero", though) of the castle, giving you access to
some wooden shafts which are the air conditioners of the Middle Ages.;) If one leaves these
shafts somewhere in the northeast, one can emerge in room 30. Garrett can then travel to room 31 by
climbing over some balcony on the outer wall of the castle.Whether Anger's music will be received well or rather embarrass Anger depends on what the player did before. I'll leave that up to you, this hint may give you something to think about, then.:sly:

The key to the office you meant ("Clef key") is not exist on Expert, you have to get to the "office" with the help of rope arrow from the Singer Hall.
The location of the key on Hard (and probably Normal) is a small room right from the scene, somewhere among the theatrical junk.

Just replayed on Largo(expert) and ran into a glitch here and there with NewDark. If I used alt+tab to switch to Windows 10 Edge (already open before starting the game) upon coming back to the FM some of the wall panels would turn solid white. If I hit esc, the game would crash. Upon a restart (with or without a reboot) the video option would revert to 640x480.
It happened about 5 or 6 times during play, but was not too much of a bother really. I’d just restart, reset the video, and reload my last save.
I’d say it is best not to try switching between programs whilst playing this FM. That action seems to mess up the game. The good part is it is not possible to save a “fouled” game in this state because if you try to hit esc of alt+s, the game will crash. Sort of a fail safe. :D

The key to the towers is indeed on a dresser, playing Normal, in the
Valet's Room - room 20 on the map.

Thanks, but I can't get into that area. I only found the Gallery key. How do I get up there. What did I miss?

To get to that area you have to find a way to get the dumbwaiter working, and to find the key to access it.
There are several things you need to do to achieve that, but you may have already done some of them:
In the kitchen there will be a conversation about a letter from the engineer to the chamberlain. Reading that letter will tell you where the key is and what you need to get the dumbwaiter working.
If you've already tried that and it hasn't made sense, here's a full answer to getting into that area:
They key is in some very hot water in the tower (4). To cool it down you need to put out the fire at the base of the tower. The maul is in the south wing (3). One of the rooms has a clock for which the maul is a counterweight. To allow the dumbwaiter to work, you have to climb onto the rafters in the hallway outside the kitchen and access some vent shafts. Use the maul on the seized grate. Go back down. The key for the dumbwaiter can be used from the kitchen or from the hall (11).
Also, when the dumbwaiter is taking you up, be patient.

Mission 2. Is it possible to complete loot objective on Largo difficulty if I go after crown ending? I got 2138 loot and found all 10 secrets available for this ending. I still need 162 loot to complete loot objective.
Edit: So it's indeed very difficult. Took me few hours to find 3 loot pieces to barely complete loot objective, but it was super hard. I guess Zontik never thought players will choose fast ending.
