I've given up on this FM. I mean come on. None of it makes sense. Too many locked doors without a clue as to what direction to take. I come to this thread for solutions and for some reason none of the questions people ask get answered. No Walkthrough? It is a very well made mission that lacks fun game play. I would rather play a mission without the graphics and bells and whistles that just had decent game play over this any time.

Dawggon, the book in the library is an Easter Egg apparently a beta tester has said as much but although I've frobbed it I've got no further and no reward apart from reading the title momentarily  - it's not essential for completing the mission anyway.
You get direct instructions in a meeting with Gabriel regarding the Dr and stable task and not til quite late in the mission. If you can say what you've done or where you're up to I or someone can tell you how to progress.

Right decision I guess, if you can't see any clue playing this FM and none of it makes sense, it really won't be fun.

Sure? :weird:

Sagittal,
Progress or degress:
I have climbed the rope in the elevator; heard the 3 people speak in the King's study; couldn't frob the key on the hard hat guard; had the meeting with Gabriel in deciding whether or not to steal the crown; got the key to Anger's quarters; have the CanCan; did not go down the secret elevator as I understand I have to have 3 sheets of music; broke the peacock windows and tried to shoot the door key across the room. Do I get a sound when I hit the key?
How do I progress?
Thanks

Jaxa, I couldn't get over the fence to the rabbit either. Part I was much easier, imho, than Part II.

You have the key to Anger's quarters... so.... why don't put it to use?
About the key in the door - you should hear a distinctive click.

Dawggon:
I think you said you were playing on Allegro - if so no shooting keys required.
242 is right you need to find Angers quarters in the North Wing

"got the key to Anger's quarters; have the CanCan; did not go down the secret elevator as I understand I have to have 3 sheets of music".
Anger confronts me as I exit the elevator. Am I NOT to reveal my presence to him?
Thanks y'all...

Doesn't matter revealing yourself to Anger - you mustn't reveal your involvement (which I never quite figured out). If you go down the elevator look for a use for your can-can score and you're done there for the time being I think!Once you're done there and you need a hint for progression:
you need the top floor and the attic to listen in to the nearby performance

Thanks, Sagittal. I'll give it a try and find out if I can proceed through without any more whining.
