242, did you
find the secret in the library where you enter a code? You need to activate a switch in the attic behind a picture which then opens a bookcase in the library .
No, I haven't been in the attic yet, because I haven't the key for the door, I suppose it's the door at the top of the southern tower.

Also, did you
find a book that appears frobbable on the lowest shelf in the library - extreme left? No idea what it does, if anything, or what the title means?
Only when you told me ;) An easter egg perhaps?

Happy ending is tricky, but it is POSSIBLE to guess what to do to. Just answer yourself to the following questions:
1. Where did Anger run after premiere?
2. What he did there?
3. Do you like it?But you will ultimately need one item from the mission 1 to succeed.
Well, I guess, that happy ending means
princess survives, so right after premiere I jumped from the window using slowfall potion and ran for the princess' chambers, but she was already gone. Does that mean the premiere triggers princess' death and happy ending means something else?

How am I supposed to get the third music sheet from a room filled with people? I found no other way into room 31 until after I was in Anger's room... It looks like I may have been able to enter the attic through one of the staircases, but the grate doesn't frob from that side. Balcony? Mission failed... guard at side room? Mission failed... Pair of guards at main entrance? Mission failed.

woohoo, something to do on this ridiculously long layover.

Thanks. Yes, but I'm burnt out now searching the entire level for a single
arrow. I've been round room after room but it's a palace so most places don't seem suitable for finding one. But I'm looking anyway. Bedrooms, bathrooms, everywhere. But reached my limit; another broken player! This seems to be mission critical but I've not seen any clue.
Fidcal, about rope arrow. You can have such a problem on
Largo only. And you can take an arrow from mission 1 ;)
Zontik on 13/4/2010 at 06:07
shadows, you've asked about secret door inside wine cellar. Just crouch and push it.
242:
Yes, it IS possible to finish on Largo with crown in your pocket. But it's Largo... literally.
And there is NO any secret in engineer's bathroom (so without spoilers).
Unkillable Cat, you live in a land with INCREDIBLE nature, breathtaking views around and mountains I can only dream to see. Sorry, I can't surprize you with ugly Dark Engine beauty. Even shouldn't try.
About frustrating... do you know Italial musical terms? Largo means slow, extremely slow. I don't know what diff. level you choose, but on Allergo (fast) you wouldn't stuck where you are have stopped playing.

Playing Largo, Mission 2. I have been having a little trouble ever since coming up the dumbwaiter. My problem is keys.
I have smashed the glass in room 18 and seen the stuck key. I have gone around to the other side of the door and banged on it with my BJ. I cannot release or retrieve the key.
I have entered rooms 21 and 22, alerting the guy with the black suit and hat. I have gotten him to open a 3-4 locks when he followed me around. I have blocked his closing and locking the doors. By this means I have entered rooms 20-28. This seems like an obscure tactic. Is this supposed to happen, or did I break the mission? That guy does not help with the key near room 18.
A guard in room 21 is apparently wearing a key, but I cannot frob it.
I am thinking that Benny in the basement may be the "mouse" you refer to. I have waited, and he has not come upstairs to get the key.

Ahhh... thanks bob-doe-nz.
Is it an Easter Egg in itself or should I investigate further (nonchalantly!) - not making too much sense so far smithpd:
You can shoot that key with a broadhead once the glass is broken - that will unlock that side door. Remember to pick up the key that has fallen to the ground by the time you have gone round to open the door!If you've read
the book in Rm 20 or 22 I think you will pick up a key objective regarding the valet downstairs that you should now be able to access with the "shot" key.The mouse reference isn't to Benny as you suggest but to something else you'll come across later (in the THrone Hall)
