Thanks Dainem - went back to the Throne Hall and somehow worked out the puzzle! Am on my way again:thumb:
Incidentally been carrying around those
ballet shoes for some time - only just realised I could wear them to deaden the footsteps - not too sure Garrett should be admitting this really :laff:

Two questions;
1: Is there a way back up to the upper floor in the throne room? Once I drop down, I'd have to deal/run from the guards when I want out.
2: The Throne room puzzle. Any hint where to start/look for? As I mentioned before, I know you can move a statue's pose... otherwise?

Yes! Finally done! But with only 2 of 13 secrets.... Must admit i'm too tired of this mission to begin searching for them. In my honest opinion this mission started out being great fun, but it ended up being a chore and i don't want to see this bloody castle again for quite a while.

I am stuck. I have climed the mountain after less than 1 minute of gameplay found the king standing on a rock blackjaked him but i can't take the crown.
Is this a bug?

2. Did you read the verse? Look on the floor of the throne room, then stand on the first animal and wait for some seconds.

I guess you use Win 7 32 Bit because you have the same bug as me. Normaly the ghost should disappear. Unfortunatelly the NVScripts don´t work well. This means you can´t solve the mission. Two possible solutions: first, start thief2.exe in Win XP SP3 compatibility mode, or second: reinstall Thief 2. Reinstalling Thief 2 worked for me.

You should not be able to do that.
The king's apparition was supposed to appear then disappear. Are you using Windows 7 32 Bit?

verse about a mouse etc and "follow" the sequence in the Throne Hall. Afraid I cant remember where I found it. Maybe the
