Thief 1+2 crashing.... - by DJMcAwesome

Hi, I just recently found Thief 1+2 in the back of my closet and decided to give them a try after watching Zero Puncuation's Review of The Dark Project.
Anyways, after I get past the movie about him as a child and after I go to the screen that tells me the objectives and allows me to adjust the difficulty I hit continue and the game starts loading and then crashes.
Any solution?

Welcome to the forums.:angel: As you can see by the last person's post, and beyond, people around here get a tad annoyed when new people don't take the time to check FAQs before posting. (not trying to be mean or anything, just letting you know...) It is customary to look for solutions to your problems before posting, and if you cannot find a solution or are having trouble, that is when you post a new thread. Secondly, this thread is probably better in the legacy gaming help forum.
