Nice, if they're 512 x 512 or 1024 x 1024, it will be perfect for T3ed! :)

Well, I suppose I need to start making normal maps soon.

These textures are really quite good.
Have you considered submitting them to the Dark Mod team?

Thanks. I have been AFK for a few days.
Originally, I hadn't planned on doing this many textures. I was looking at them the other day, thinking that they should be named for use or material, one way but not the other. I am contemplating renaming some of the first set, but this would both avoid and create confusion for mappers.
If I did this, I would also make the first set and the second set work better together, for instance the fist set could have a little more green in them, and they would match all the rotted textures in the second set.
I imagine it's not an issue for the Radiant-based editors, but I don't know if Dromed and T3ed have global replacement tools.

I've been sorting and renaming the textures. I am going to makes some more. I'm trying not to think about the normal-maps at the moment, but their weight is bearing down on me.
I have some rusts. I need some riveted metal. I need some standard building wood, and some wood with riveted metal. Then that will about do it.

One quick question: are those hand painted textures or photo-based ones? Actually Flesh engine looks nice with painted ones, it somehow fits the general theme set up by T3 developers.
[edit] Ok, I DL'ed first pack, looks fine to me :)

Still not done yet. I am still looking at all the textures, trying to get them to work better together.
Between both packs, there are 68 textures, including the 41 new ones.
It's interesting that in the Thief kind of games expect both new pristine 1200s-1700s places--and very old looking places. I did not care for the art-deco textures of Thief 2.
[I bought a new monitor. I can actually see what I am doing. I can't afford it, but I might keep it anyway.]
