You need to be more specific, its hard to help troubleshoot when being vague.:)
First of all, what fixed exe? Are you talking about the texture memory fix? Also, you need to tell us your specs, and what drivers you are using. That should help in the troubleshooting process.;)

Dude, it's still really vague. Exactly what happens when the game doesn't run?
Do you get a black screen when you load a level? If so then it'll likely be problem with your video card drivers.
Does the level load properly, but the game freezes after a few seconds? Then it'll be related to your processor's affinity. If you've got hyper-threading enabled then apply the permanent dual processing fix from the FAQ (or disable hyper-threading in the BIOS).

I just put a new Thief.exe in there :/
and now it works weird O.o
EDIT:It's not working anymore..... Only that one time
