The very same shots and camera angles have been used quite a few times in action movies with The Matrix (Trinity flying out a window then turning to fire guns at an agent if I remember correctly) being the first that comes to mind - it's not really something Dishonored brought to the table first.
That being said I can see someone not familiar with the shots thinking it was a blatant copy though. And even being familiar with the shots I still think they should have changed it even if slightly to keep people from thinking it was a shot for shot copy of another game. Better safe than sorry I suppose.
