i didn´t liked Skyrm that much its a very repetitive game, but i loved playing Deus Ex HR.
I´m sure this thief chapter will be good.

I'm pumped about this. It will just be good to have Garrett back and I'm open to new things. Nothing wrong with copping Dishonored a bit. The whole time I was playing it I was thinking "this is what Thief should be like, minus the guns and powers." It looks like a dark version of that. I still say anyone who didn't dig the ambiance of DX:HR and T3 is on the pipe. Either a game captures my imagination or it doesn't, after that, the gameplay is almost secondary. They look like they know what they're doing, but we're all stupid if we think they're not going to incorporate modern elements from Dishonored and AC. That's where gaming is for better or worse, and they've got to meet at least some of the consumer public there. Even the TDP devs felt that the players needed something familiar to grasp, which is why you have grappling, climbing, burricks, and zombies - they were latching on to the hugely popular Tomb Raider as a point of reference. New players to Thief and going to look for elements of AC as a point of entry. It can't be helped.

Haha yeah the haters are a little sadly amusing huh.
The screenshots look amazing but then again all modern games tend to look that way. I am really digging the slightly constracting gothic visual style to it (I don't think I've seen a game more gothic looking than this) and the factory-like mood that creeps in here and there.

This sucks! People quit making good games sometime after I turned 19! Now everything is dumb so all the dumb kids that are alive these days cuz their dumb parents couldn't find the open end of a rubber can play their dumb games without feeling like they're dumb.
