The last thing I am holding out for from T4 is an editor. Not holding my breath but it is one of the few things I remain hopeful about.

No, they just want to exploit the custiomers, possibly with DLC.

I believe EM should provide a editor if possible if they wish to keep Thief 4 re-playable like the previous three. If they don't it would be a big insult to the Thief community imo.

There are a number of factors that will determine if they release an editor and not one of them has anything to do with trying to offend the fan community or not.
