u must go to the water front in imperial city and go to armands house and chek if he is home. if hes not there wait for a couple of hours then go in. if he is there take out ur fist and start punching him until ur hand to hand skill goes up:thumb:

Armand is a quest giver from the Thieves Guild. He can't die because if he does, you can't advance in the Thieves Guild.

When it comes to beating people up, I generally prefer the guys who are standing around at the Peryite shrine. For some reason I just can't resist throwing a few punches at them whenever I'm in the area.
