There comes a time in every mans life... - by BEAR

Sounds reasonable, what you say, although I don't see a general problem in throwing things away, that you're not satisfied with, as long as you start something new with the hope to make it better.
At the moment I can't point out exactely where BEAR's attempt at encouragement seems to me to go in the wrong direction. If you only look at the question of her art and her tendency to throw her things away, it might perhaps help, what he did. But I do get the feeling regarding her (according to BEAR) general low self esteem, that any action that takes the possibility as well as the responsibility of making her own decisions in life (as little as they may be) from her is contraproductive. It could well be that I'm overdramatizising the problem. I still think, though, that it would be far better to collect praise for something she actually is a bit proud of to encourage both at the same time.

Back in my day, we didn't have blogs. When we did stuff, we just showed our friends and family. If we seemed to have some talent, we would take art class, and after some talent filtering by the teacher, we may get something put up in the school library.
Goddamn you. The Lafayette county library still has my stained glass window and every time childrens book week rolls around they unfurl that awful banner I did. Mediocrity is an albatros that never completely rots. I have never forgotten the strangeness of realizing childrens heads are larger proportional to thier bodies though. Thanks, Mrs. Morgan.
I'm not really sure what to say about anime except why get good at it? I guess it would be a safe way to test her ability at perspective.

I'm not sure why it is that I like you BEAR, but I do, even though you post the occasional threads that are horrible shit like this one, and act 5 years younger than you actually are.
That being said, for whatever reason, I find your forum character to be somewhat endearing, so I will try to be
slightly helpful.
Haha, I've always gotten a similar feeling about you. I think ideologically we disagree on next to everything but somehow I'm sure we would get along well.

BEAR's a good dude. Has been extremely helpful, patient, and polite in our PMs.

BEAR's cool. We don't always agree but he's not an asshole about it so who gives a shit.

Yeah, BEAR's a top-shelf bloke. Easy on the eyes and not too bad of a kisser.

BEAR beat me up and stole the Kit Kat from my lunch box every day in elementary school so I hate him.
Sulphur on 1/5/2009 at 22:04
If your mom packed Kit Kats for you every day, you deserved to be beaten up.
Trance on 1/5/2009 at 22:08
Good thing my dad packed them instead, huh?
In your face!

Okay, I have no reply to that. You win!
