Acolyte6 on 19/1/2009 at 21:05
Is actually inspired by the Thief game itself. I tried using Acolyte, but 1 thru 5 was already taken at msn.com, besides my cell phone number had all 6's. I still have that Telia number, but converted it to a prepaid card when I moved to the USA, I just remember to reload it every year so I don't lose the number and deplete it when I go to visit. Now I use Acolyte6 everywhere so now I can google it too :laff:

Peanuckle: Nothing to do with Pinochle, I'm afraid. Didn't even know about it until after I had the name.
I was taking a chemistry test in high school, and for the life of me I couldn't figure out one of the questions. So I wrote down "Peanut Butter." and handed in the test. A friend of mine and I lol'd heartily about it.
Don't know how Peanut Butter turned into Peanuckle, but it did and I use it as my name just about everywhere.

when you're addicted to thief, you get addicted to all medieval stuff :)
Dront on 30/1/2009 at 12:29
Dront is Latin-spelled (instead of Russian Cyrillic) word that means dodo in English - an extinct bird. It's not unusual, however. I googled my nickname and found about 10 different "Dront"s. :)

I am a huge fan of anything western (media-wise, I don't wear cowboy hats and shit). I love Gunsmoke, The Rifleman, Bonanza, Wild, Wild, West, Little House, Deadwood, (and dozens of other shows on tv), as well as hundreds upon hundreds of movies from the late 30's to the the recent remake of 3:10 to Yuma.
Elster on 30/1/2009 at 17:31
quite easy, here in germany Elster is the name of a bird that steals all kind of shiny objects (noone really knows why). There are some nice tellings about that in german folklore. The english name would be Magpie.

Okay, you have me... I took my first name, and then, and then I used my middle initial...an this is really the hard part--I added the initial from MY LAST NAME!" OMG!

I had a Ford Mustang GT many years ago that would run 10.xx in the 1/4 mile. That was a long time ago, but that car was very, very quick and very, very fast. Not too original, huh?
