In the first ald'run theif mission you are asked to go find anarreren's devil tanto...i've unlocked everything and the closest thing i found was a demon tanto...where is the bloody devil tanto?

Ok, the devil tanto is in the mage guild, on the bottom floor. there will be a little area with some herbs and things that you can use for alchemy and a chest and some boxes. coming down the stairs it will be to your right, right across the room from the altar. it will either be in a chest there on on the shelf. i cant remember which, but there is also a book on a shelf behind the altar, its the only one that starts with a "W" but i cant remember the name but take it, youll need it on a futer thieves guild mission, about 2 missions away and its alot harder to get if you dont take it.

Monkin is right its in the little lock box on the top shelf of the alchemist area.
