I hope you know the book or the movie about the young poisoner who made "scientific studies" on the effect of Thallium on the human body with his family. And in Japan, you get the modern version of it:

Quote:
The girl recorded changes in her mother's condition and published them on a blog. She also took photographs of her mother with a digital camera.
After the incident came to light, investigators found 30 chemicals, dead animals and the biography of Graham Young, a British man who used poison to kill three people, in her room, according to sources.
The mother is still in a coma, after 7 months in a hospital.
The girl actually continued to dose her with the poison in the hospital!
She's 17 and will be sent to a juvenile reformatory for psychiatric treatment for attempting to murder her mother.
Quote:
As for whether she could be held accountable for her crime, the presiding judge said distortions in her personality had hampered, to some extent, her ability to exercise discretion and control her behavior.
So when you see a blog like this, don't just assume it's faked like bonsai kittens.

I read this on BBC news the other day. As I recall the girl didnt even hate her mother but just wanted to see what would happen. Her family dont want her charged, but I think it`s bullshit. She`d already poisoned animals and put her mother in a coma. I think she sould have been able to figure out the results of her little test. A blossoming serial killer nipped in the bud.
I`m starting to doubt that this kind of thing is a big deal in Japan. None of my colleagues have made any comment on it.

I remember hearing about this case at least half a year before... probably when she got caught.
Anyway, no time for love Dr. Jones. I gotta feed the kittens.

Regular serving of small amount of Jordan tea mixed with some good wine is a reliable way how to get rid of your beloved spouse in few months.

Don't look at me, it's not my fault I'm a grandson of a pharmacist.
