I am currently crafting a plan to brew Uelekevu's infamous "Three Policemen Ale"
Have to wait until we're done with the Irish Red batch currently in the ferment, however. And then there's a load of American Brown (lol) to brew.

Another vote for Old Peculier. One of my favs. And the Chimay is also a classic.
I also dig Samuel Smith's Nut Brown, Rogue's Old Crustacean, and Kwak. Also, Anderson Valley Oatmeal Stout.
Right now I'm drinking an Oberon, a decent wheat ale from one state over. Pretty tasty.
