Blood and Wine is one of my favourite expansions / DLCs of all time. It might be my favourite of the lot actually. Offers up an excellent story, new additions to gameplay, PLENTY of side quests and the whole thing goes for quite a bit of time. I had an absolute blast playing it. It is the proper goodbye to the series also.
Best part is that by the end I wasn't sick of it at all. Never outstays it's welcome. Even watching that (

Don't get me wrong, I feel the same way about Eva as you guys do, but I don't understand this part of the argument, which you've used at least twice recently.
