I´m struggling with this one frustrating problem...I went to Caldera and exited it through the north gate and after I had been walking for a while I encountered this naked barbarian which told me about his weapon,Cloudcleaver,and the evil witch who has it...so,where is this goddamn witch,I´ve been searching her for ages!

Follow the path west and take any northern turns you find; eventually the path will head up a rocky trail, keep following it, and around two or three turns is where you'll find her.
