He might very well be a very good actor if given the chance. Just look at the slavish devotion paid to Ian "Lovejoy" McShane since he did Deadwood.

I'm not sure what that means. Maybe that geeks finally noticed him. McShane has a decades long career as a houswife's favourite. His charisma and screen presence didn't just appear in Deadwood.
He'd be an interesting Governor, given the part is juiced up, although he's probably over being attempted-typecast as moustachio'd fixer/sociopath types.

I hadn't heard of this series until the TV show... question: is the graphic novel series complete, or are they still publishing new issues? I tried wikipedia but I don't want to read too much to ruin the storyline. Love the show so far, but haven't read the book.

Man, what is with all the threads these days that are all build-up and no pay-off?
So who watched this, who liked it, who hated it, pros/cons etc? Is it worth watching now that a season is done and another is on the way.
