Actually one finds a datacube or info sheet which holds some details on the commandos. I believe it's just a short time before you meet them for the first in the Lucky Money club in Hong Kong. It could also be at Versalife - but I can't remember exactly!

No, you can't use trangs on commandos. Never said you could. That's where I 'had' to start killing. A shot or two with rifle to the head is the way to deal with them. But still claiming stealth tactics doesn't work is bs.
Personally, I thought the Dragon's Tooth was a joke from the designers: "Let's see if there're some Jedi-wannabes." Dropped it very early.

My general rule is that if I have to kill something, I will, otherwise it's knockouts. I have had to kill about 10 people so far, and I'm now in the VersaLife building for the second time. Those killings included Anna Navarre, about two MiBs with plasma guns, a few UNATCO troopers in the 'Ton and a commando or two. And May Sung. That maid is an evil bitch from hell and deserves no less that a bullet to the head and a trip out of Maggie Chow's apartment window.

Hey Im a lurker from MW forums :)
Just want to say, about Sniper rifle. IF you add all range and Accuracy Mods to your Sniper rifle and aim for the Head. You cannot die. Just there isn't enough 3006 ammo to go around :(

If you want to be able to kill MIB's and turrets with just one shot with the sniper rifle, you will want rifles to be at master level and once you do that, you will have 100% accuracy even without using any accuracy mods. As for range mods, it is not possible to find a target that is out of the accuracy range of the sniper rifle even without range mods. Range mods are best spent on things that have a maximum range of 300 feet or less. Even a shot that is 300 feet away is pretty hard to find (but they do exist).

That's one of the cool things about the targetting aug. - the rangefinder. A shame that there isn't a rangefinder mod one could apply to ones weapons. Or perhaps rangefinding ability in the binoculars!
