Sarah Palin is incapable of coherently answering the softest of softball questions: "What newspapers do you read to stay informed and understand the world?"

She's absolutely pathetic. What a joke.

"Any of 'em that have been in front of me all these years. I have a vast variety of... sources where we get our news, Alaska isn't a foreign country..."
That must be Governor waffle-speak for "Uh, I gave up reading anything longer than a memo years ago. Now let's talk about Alaska, did you know it was part of the USA?"

Real patriots don't need the news (or privacy) you fucking snobs. Knowing just what to do irregardless of any outside factors or considerations is found naturally in their most bluey bluest of blood.

Looks like McCain doesn't read newspapers either.
Quote:
"Thank you, but I disagree with your fundamental principle that she doesn't have the experience," McCain replied before citing Palin's work as a PTA member, city council member, mayor and governor. "You and I just have a fundamental disagreement, and I am so happy the American people seem to be siding with me."
When it was suggested that Palin's lack of experience worried voters, McCain turned sarcastic.
"Really? I haven't detected that in the polls, I haven't detected that among the base," he said. "If there's a Georgetown cocktail party person who, quote, calls himself a conservative who doesn't like her, good luck. I don't dismiss him. I think the American people have overwhelmingly shown their approval."
(From his meeting with the Des Moines Register's board)

He also squeezed in a POW reference while talking about health care again.

VP debate drinking game:
Quote:
Attacks against Biden that could be thrown back at McCain (too old, washington insider, etc.) - beer
Each attempt of moderator to regain control of debate from blabbing dabater - beer
Condescending snicker - beer
Other countries Palin can see from Alaska - whiskey
Any mention of moose - whiskey
I know what I'll be doing tomorrow.

I got linked a good vid where someone spliced that in as a response to one of Couric's questions. I had a laugh then afterwards felt bad for a few million people. :(

I love how they just cut her off mid-ramble like "yeah, this wasn't going anywhere."
