No, because that's not the point.

The interesting thing about the ongoing discussion is the ready acceptance of rumour, made up slander, and out of context material delivered with a "Spin" to make it seem other than it is.
As Josh Billings said: "It's not what we don't know that causes the problems. It's the things we know that ain't true.
That and the readiness of the gullible to accept something as authoritative without thinking it through.

Well, I must (begrudgingly) admit that congratulations to you are in order for giving birth to this behemoth of a thread.

What the heck is up with Bill O'Reilly ?
Listen to this:
(
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hDou01X5d28)
"Most talkradio ... conservative ... are idiots".
"It's Bush's fault ! It happened on Bush's watch".
"Talk radio ... lying to you".
"He, you're gonna get it, not them".
"... these right-wing liers".
"If they were here, I'd hit them, Dodd and Frank".
"Corruption on the right, corruption on the left, and you're gonna get it".
Weird.
During the last week I've seen him say more stuff against McCain and the Republicans. I saw Kissinger and Colin Powell say "Georgia started it. It was Russia's right to strike back. It was to be expected. Saakashvili is the bad guy".
FFS ? What's happening there ?
All the Republicans suddenly abandoning Bush and McCain ? Because they don't want to be associated with losers and liers ?

(
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2tJjNVVwRCY) O' Reilly is a lot of things, but Republican shill is not one of them. Though he is clearly of a conservative bent he has always been politically independent, this is nothing new.

What you posted is not at all probative of whether "Obama is a Muslim" is a statement of fact or opinion. Try again!
This. It's not really even sufficient as a guideline given the lack of caselaw quoted.
