Can I get this right, Obama has some people at the campaign office in Missouri keeping an eye on the local media and because one of the volunteers is an Atorney during the day it's like OMFG FASCIST STATE OF OBAMA OMFG OMFG!!!
That's pathetic.
(woops indeed. The bill ought to be bloomin' unpopular - that the banks have you by the short and curlies and are holding you to ransom is plain unacceptable; but the banks do have you by the short and curlies)

If I had people maliciously spreading lies about me, whether they're spamming on the Internet or flyposting the neighbourhood, you can bet your sorry ass I'd be using the full power of the law to put a stop to them.
If Obama doesn't know that the first thing that goes out the window in a political cmpaign is the truth,he isn't as smart as I thought he was.

'Obama is a Muslim' isn't criticism. It's a straight up lie.
No that is an opinion which is not covered by ethic laws. This is intimidation pure and simple.

Now, if someone is said to be a practitioner of a religion and is not, how is it 'an opinion' and not an incorrect statement? If it is incorrect and told knowingly, how is that not a lie?

FFS, it's not any one event in and of itself, it's the consistent trend of (
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y3uhVYPe6Rw&feature=related) shady maneuvering behind the events. It's not like this dirty politicking is unique to Obama & Co, but when his supporters jump to his defense while attacking similar actions done by the opposition these things clearly deserve mention.
NEWSFLASH -
Obama may not be a Muslim, but he sure as shit IS A POLITICIAN.

From a legal standpoint it is an opinion as far as using any laws to sue someone. That is why this is to intimidate instead of adjudicate.

Fact: You do not know what the definition of either 'fact' or 'opinion' is.
Opinion: You are ill-suited for this discussion.

There's more to thinking than opinions. Otherwise I could say it's my opinion that 2+2=19 and it's my opinion so you can't say I'm wrong - nerr nerr nerr. That kind of crazy relativism is just embracing ignorance. It is okay to use reason and logic and evidence to show an argument as one way or the other beyond reasonable doubt sometimes.
Damn you turtle

If I bring a ten ton hammer to a fight (threat of ethics laws) but I know I have no way to use it(can't sue someone over an opinion),I would say it was for intimidation.
