I actually just removed Pittsburg and Philly in favour of Niagara Falls.
Niagara Falls! (
http://youtube.com/watch?v=jQ9lQe2YoBs) Slowly I turned...
Niagara's a nice place, but try to see it from the Canadian side, as they have the best view.

Yes, Niagara Falls must be seen from the Canadian side to appreciate the whole beauty. I took my daughter there once, and forgot to bring her identity papers, so we had to stay on the US side. :( It was still pretty fun, but the best views are from Canada.

Raph you simply must take one of these boat rides called "Maid of the Mist" that takes you close to the falls. They give you a rain coat to wear but live a little and throw back that hood, face the falls and feel all that misty water. I could not believe all the people who ran and hid from that experience. I never regretted doing that. My hair style did but heh...

http://www.torontotours.ca/tours/tourmaid.jpgAre you going to go to the Grand Canyon? I highly recommend it along with Bryce. Let me know and I can give you a few tips.

We don't care about anyone's stupid trip.
WHERE IS THE FUCKING GNOME???
Agreed to this. I mean, I sent the bugger out into the world, I have a right to know where he is, right? Ungrateful little inflatable bastard. He could at least write.

No, Grand Canyon will wait, I'll "just" go to Bryce this time.
I'm still a bit unsure about Niagara, not that I don't want to go, but since it's at the end of the trip, I won't know whether I can go or not until pretty much the last moment, as any delay or problem will force me to plot a new course on the go. It is going to be a long drive. :) Let's just say it's on the road plan, for now.
I do plan to at least drive along the Erié coast though, for as long as I can. :)

Well... Everything is pretty much finalized. :D
I'm sticking to the original plan for most of the road, I tried to insert stuff like Death Valley, Yosemite and/or Yellowstone but it always ends up taking more time than I think I have, so it's likely I'll pass on those. However I'll definitely drive along the Erié coastline and end up with Niagara Falls before NYC.
Still waiting for confirmation that I'll have the pass I ordered for the MJF, but I will have tickets anyway so there's no real worry about it.
I'll be sending PMs in the next week(s) to start arranging the mini-meets =)

Wow, I'm jealous at all the stuff you're going to get to see, although I've seen a lot of it.
That Peter Luger steak house must be uber-elite. They don't accept any credit cards other than their house credit card. Bring your cash, no scratch that, make RBJ buy. ;)
