Nah, I got the 'for dummies' inflatable mascot while I used to work at a bookstore. Just kept it after all these years for no particular reason; nice to know that it'll actually be put to good use.

I'm based in Moncton NB. Just a short drive from yourself. My wife and I got to Halifax a couple of times a year. Maybe we should drop you a line on your next visit! :D

I'm in D.C.--do you think we should head south (Quebec, Montreal, New York, etc.) and cover the eastern provinces and states first, then go west through the US/Canadia? After that we could hand the thing over to the UK, which will take about a month with overseas shipping.
