I think I have missed out on something here, but although I have (accidently, admittedly) found azura's shrine, I have absolutely no idea how to progress on the third nevarine test. No idea at all.
I have tried talking to mehra milo, to the librarian where she stays, reading books in the vivec library, azura's shrine seems no help ... I am stumped. Completely and absolutely.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi,
You're at completely the wrong end of the island. Go back and talk to the Ashlanders of the Urshilaku for directions (the ones hanging around outside).

Gah, after talking to the wise women I didn't even think the others in the tribe would have anything usefull to say! :o
