I just found out that the Swiss during WW2 were not Neutral but were on the side of the Nazi's. And that they took over 250 trucks of gold bars which averages about 20 billion Dollars. But only 1 billion has been paid back to the holocaust survivors. I think it should all be paid not just a fraction of it.:(

That the Swiss didn't take a stand against the Nazis is difficult to reconcile, but continuing to do business with a country is not the same thing as taking sides. Italy on the other hand...

Of course the swiss were not on the side of the nazis. But yes, some banks and enterprises did fine business with them. These were nothing else but capitalist swines, as they can be found in every country in any time. Do you think your country is a shining monument of righteousness through history and especially the present time?
The nazigold was the issue in the 90ties in switzerland and it got dealt with. Waaay too late, yes, but that had to wait for a new generation of politicians and industrials to take responsibility. Surprisingly...
