Would you consider the soultrap glitch to fortify attributes a cheat? I mean, you can make spells that open 100% of the time and they aren't cheats. Its not like it really matters either way, I was just interested in others opinions on the subject.

a soultrap trick is when you want to soultrap something into more than one gem, ya do this.
find two, or more weapons that soultrap, and then use them all on the same monster. mnake sure you have multiple gems too...... 1. find 4 soulgems.2. find 4 weapons with an enchant of soultrap.3. summon a golden saint. 4. use all the soultraps on it.5. you have 4 gems with a saint trapped! also, golden saints arent the only daedroth with a charge of 400. ascianted sleepers, or whatever they are called also do. there for, you can do a constant effect with one a' dem babies trapped

I actually meant the trick to up your attributes.
[SPOILER]You create a spell with the first effect as soultrap on target for 2 seconds and then the second is fortify attribute on self. Then when you cast it your attributes go up and stay up. I had a jack of all trades spell that allows me to create fortify attribute spells. [/SPOILER]
But, i did figure out the soultrap spell thing cause I created a second soultrap spell to get target area instead of touch and if you cast it multiple times or cast anyother soultrap spell it will catch the same soul in multiple gems.

I would consider it to be okay if done accidentaly but if purposfully abused then I would consider it cheating.
It is not necessary so why do it?
It's a bit like sending yourself to prison so you can gain extra levels...

Well, I thought it would be fun to see what increases would do to the game... Anyhow, I did a fortify personality spell and got my personailty up to about 140. Now, if I go into a bandit cave they say nice to meet you etc. Then after a bit they attack me, but it does take a while of walking around.
I have since then reloaded a previous game and have normal stats. Well... I did up my strength a bit cause I am a mage and wanted a little more carrying power only 214lbs was way too low...

my personality is high, but my speechcraft is higher. if i get a chance to talk to any badguys before they attack me, i can admire them 1 time and their disposition will be at 100. there for, they will not attack me EVER! unless i slash at them.
