I recently bought Thief 2 off Amazon. I actually wasn't expecting the sold out version, but the original. When I tried to install the game, it worked out fine. But when I tried to start the game, it immediately closed with this...
"Thief 2 has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
Yeah right! Could it be that I may have accidentally brought the wrong version.
I have a laptop, Win7 Home Premium and 32bit.
And do you know where I could get the original version and box for the game? Thanks.

If you want the original games in boxes, youll have to go on ebay and shell out some significant cash. I traded mine in for the Mastertronic release. All 3 games on one disc. Mastertronic is the new name for Sold Out Software, btw. Good deal, I think, even with the shipping from the UK.
