cant find the dam skull killed all npc's and checked every room including the last one can only see a few skulls lying around in the second room on the right but my character does not recognise them. Any idea as to whats wrong here?:confused:

If you're killing NPCs, you're in the wrong place. The skull is in a tomb full of undead creatures.
