Well...I've played Deus Ex about a year ago and I totally loved it. I played as a complete renegade betraying UNATCO on the 747.

Now I want to stay with UNATCO as long as possible.

I'm doing the mission with the signal in New York (after that mission you got caught). I went there, DIDN'T send it and returned to Paul. I told him that I won't send it cause I don't want to be a terrorist. But the plot didn't move a bit. I reckon it is impossible not to send the signal, am I right?

So if it's not possible, are there any mods that allow me to play on the UNATCO's side a bit longer?

nope,you will have to send the signal to move the plot further..but there is a mod that should do exactly what you want: (http://unatcoborn.deusexgaming.com/ub1/main.php)
