Under 5? What the fuck, are parents that stupid or lazy that they don't want to interact or discipline their kids?
I'd agree with needing a license, Joe Stupid over there doesn't need to have 5 kids unless he plans on sending them into a meat grinder.

...It would be interesting to monetize over-prescription. How much of our huge increase in health care spending is totally unnecessary? Would there even BE a cost crisis if only legitimate costs were taken into account? Why are there countries whose health care is both more effective and a fraction of the cost of the U.S.?

I am so old my mama doesn't know how to use computers. She thinks "spaghetti programming" is a microwave setting.
If you reread what I wrote again, perhaps you'll understand why I used a GOTO. There's a joke in there. Perhaps if you meditate on that, it'll come to you.
