The Ristaag quest help. - by Severe

So I've done a lot of the Bloodmoon quests and everything seems to be going normally (for once), but then I start doing the ristaag quest and the prophet guy tells me to go to the frozen lake to find his hunting buddy and go kill a "beast". Well guess what -- I go there and I can't find Rolf Long-Tooth (the hunting buddy mentioned earlier). I literally went around the whole lake for like an hour, and I still couldn't find him. Is there a command or another way of continuing with the storyline?

He is too the west of the frozen lake, I don't think he is visiable from the lake but if you walk west from the top of the lake then you should be able to see his torch. Failing that journal BM_bearhunt1 80, player->additem BM_bearheart_unique 1 then go back to speak to the shaman dude
I haven't used these codes for a while and they are different in oblivion so someone correct me if I got them wrong.

Speaking of that quest, I'm a bit stuck myself...I made a werewolf acount and a good version of that acount. On the good version, I talked to him and a new topic came up. I exited chat and saved then tried talking to him again. He just keeps saying something like "Shhhhhhh. The hunt is on. We must be quiet." I cunsulted a cheat menu and it said that he should start walking, but he's standing still. Any idea as to what to do?
P.S, I have the X-Box version.

Look up the script points on him in the CS and enter them one by one into the console while he is selected (by clicking on him) until something happens? I could look in more detail later but I have an essay due which I should be doing.
Edit: I forgot to read about the xbox, do you have a fair recent save you can load?

:p My most recent save is my "Battle of Dagoth Ur" save. You can guess how far away that is. *Sigh* Looks like I'm gonna have go ALL over that dumb island looking for those stupid elemental stones. Well, at least I'll have another go at the East Empire Compony, considering I stuffed that up in my werewolf account.
I was just checking my werewolf account when I saw the power Hunter's Wind. Jeese, that's a good spell! Restore health 1000 points!
