Has anyone else pledged to and/or been following the development of Thimbleweed Park by Ron Gilbert's team? IGN has just posted the first 20 minutes or so of the game; I haven't watched all of it, since I don't want to spoil myself, but the snippets I've seen very much push my big Nostalgia Button - going back beyond Monkey Island, actually, to Maniac Mansion... or in my case Zak McKracken (I never finished MM but loved ZMcK).

Yeah, I'm a backer and I've been reading the development blog on and off and listened to a podcast here and there, but I haven't had a chance to really delve into it. Looks like it's shaping up pretty nicely and I dig the art as well -- as soon as Mark Ferrari came on board, I was sold. Just go take a look at these babies:

Wait a minute, they're getting Mark Ferrari to do the art? Shit, now I have to pay attention to this. Loom isn't one of my favourite games for nothing.
