Hi everyone,
Can anyone tell me if Sandra doesn't leave if you give Gilbert Renton a pistol? I saved my current game after telling him I would rather not arm a civilian, I then killed JoJo and saw that they were no better off for it as Sandra runs away and Gilbert is heartbroken. Does Gilbert kill JoJo if you give him a pistol? I was wondering if he might kill him and then Sandra might find new respect for her father. I can't go back and see what happens as I don't have a save spot before the relevant conversation and I'm playing it again after a year away. Any help would be appreciated. Thankyou.

no but whatever you like give him he like either looses or it goes all buggy and they all start running around scared and no one wins.
Even if you give him a weapon, she will still run away if you kill him / knock him out. What i did was top give him my knife (dropping all other stuff cept riot prod and baton and picking them up after) and then if you wait till they gat theif weapons out and then stun him with the riot prod the game will think he did it (although it says jojo is unconcious :D) and she will not run away :)

I gave him my gun, as long as he gets a shot off before you take out Jojo, then Sandra will stay. ('I can't believe you shot him...!')

The annoyance of the whole affair being that if you choose to arm Gilbert, he just takes whatever pistol you have. Even if it's your super-modified stealth pistol... :nono:
The bastard.
Anyone know what happens if you don't do anything? Do you still
encounter Sandra at the Gas Station?
Is there a default outcome of the situation?

Darn. Oh Well, I didn't want to sacrifice any of my upgraded weapons anyway and Sandra must be a shallow character if it takes her father to kill to impress her rather than all the conventional fatherly duties he undertakes. The Hilton is a deathtrap anyway. I figure I made the right choice.
