I think I found the closest real equivalent to the Pagans in Thief. It's not Wicca, but a darker religious movement, the Sabbatic Craft:
Thrice equal to the Way 'twixt Head and Heel,
Of Three Strands let the Cord be woven,
for the Three Paths that in the One Point meet.
Let each Strand be woven from the Greenwood's Vine,
from the Skin of Man and the Skin of Kine,
from the Hair of Beast and the Hair of Corpse
-Thus the Witches' Ladder of Knots will I charmHail to Thee, Black Goat of the Sabbat,
Consort of the Blessed and the Wise!
Hail to Thee, Black Goat of Our Adoration,
betwixt whose Horns burneth the Torch of Our Wisdom.
Hail to Thee, whose cloven feet tread the Depths of the Earth;
In whose Body the Satyr and the Nymphe are honoured as One.
- Azoetia
Unto the Fields of the Accurst
Ride forth ye Host of Wortbane might,
Tendril of the Gallows Rope
Draw the Coil and pull it tight.
Hangman,fix The Head in earth
From Root to Vine and Vine to Leaf,
Ensorcell now by Ban of Knot
Thou Compass whole of Midnight's Sheaf
- Viridarium Umbris
In Thy four hands bear forth the signs of Thy dominion: a
hag-stone hung on a dream-knotted thread;
a silver sickle to reap the earthen meadows of corn;
a copper vase of philtres, for the drunken delights of the world;
and a cornucopia - a gnarled horn, filled with the fruits of thorn and vine.- The Dragon Book of Essex

Even one of their book cover's symbolism looks quite Thiefy:

How can anything "sabbatic" be pagan? Or do you really see no difference between that and cabbalism?

'Sabbat' refers to a gathering of witches in the woods in medieval times, and is a modern Pagan festival. Despite the name, it has nothing to do with the Jewish sabbath

believe it or not pagan really were humans before religion,at one time all of our ancestors were pagans
so they would believe alot of things about the planet/elements/etc
it was very tribal oriented

There is an eye and "Greenwood's Vine" could be a title.
