That's just hilarious. I wanted to burst out laughing when I saw this option ;) I began wondering if, through whatever X-Box wizardry exists, we could actually hook up an X-Box and stream some missions across. 'Twould definitely rock, though I know absolutely nothing about those things (only, being a fan of emulation, that there's just about every emulator available for use on the X-Box, probably because it's really just a computer).
Who cares about DX2. What about Thief 3? :) Gotta take off those X-Box glasses it's wearing and give our game a robust facelift :thumb:

I own a modchipped xbox, if anyone has any ideas for how this thing works (ftp or what?) let me know I'll try and see what happens. Though I dont have TDS on xbox, i'm a PC guy mainly.

You would need to configure your xbox as a development Xbox. Only certain modchips allow this and it sacrifices some of the modded functionality.
I have no idea how it would do it, I guess FTP but I'm not sure if the functionality was left in.
Anyway, the editor does not work with DX2. There is no debug exe to playtest levels with, no unpacked resources, no editor-friendly map files - the list goes on.

That's probably a left-behi from UT2004's editor. That has the same function. Although I could be wrong because I've never used it. Try it and find out!

Designers used this button to test our maps on the Xbox dev stations we had hooked up on our desks. Just push that button and it would load up your map straight from the editor to the Xbox. I'm sure it won't do anything for you, unless you happen to have an Xbox dev station hooked up with a dev build of T-DS on it :p
