Fuck that shit, the Wonder Wheel at Coney Island is the Most Terrifying Ferris Wheel Alive®.
Not only a) is it Gigantic, B) has gondolas on tracks that slide around during the ride, with C) the very latest in 1920's safety technology, but, most importantly, IT IS CREAKING THE WHOLE TIME AND IN IMMINENT DANGER OF FALLING APART AT ANY MOMENT.
Added bonus if you go a week or two after someone's been tossed and killed from the tilt-a-whirl or bobsled ride for the extra eerie "somebody-recently-died-here-in-a-bloody-mess-due-to-mechanical-failure" vibe.
