I am using the SKSE fix and 4GB version together with the mod manager. Works like a charm and resistances are fixed in that version. It introduced a few old bugs (physic objects freaking out when you open/close doors) but they are harmless compared to the res bug. I am back to whacking dragons and mages alike without taking a dent in my healthbar.

I'm not really sure, I never actually had that problem. I thought I read something on the script extender site that addresses that, though. EvaUnit posted the link on the last page.

I'm also using the script extender and it seems to be working , a little more jerky when moving around but that could be the 1.2 patch.
