Have any of you yanks seen this yet?
Its sparked quite the discussion in one of my other forums.

Apparently FOX news has a first amendment right to lie to you. So says the Courts. I'm Canadian so I don't know what all your amenments do. somebody explain.

The best part is when fox wins the lawsuit saying it's ok to lie to the public and distort news stories, they come on the news and say they've been totally vindicated.
