Didn't know triops got so big. You can buy them to keep like seamonkeys.

You mean there are more of them?

I keep a few. Interesting little buggers. They're basically tiny horseshoe crabs, and are very interesting to watch move- they oscillate their hundreds of tiny legs to propel themselves.

Everything is interesting until it evolves and kills you in your sleep. Who in their right mind would take such beings as pets just to watch them, they are watching you.

Funny isn't it? Lots of these things, including full size horseshoe crabs, give me the creeps. But I've always wanted some triops, I like octopi, cuttlefish and squid (and not just to eat). The size of some things make them manageable; I put small spiders outside but kill big ones.

Ugly fish I can cope with, but even the idea of parasitic worms swimming in eyes does has got to be one of my least favourite things ever.
