It looks like I completed it. I found Eiloj in the Dungeon, I got into the central chamber (having fixed a glitch- a file unpacked into the wrong place) and killed what was in there, and yet I still have an apparently unremoveable drain fatigue spell on me. What do I do to get rid of it?

Are you wearing a traveller's shirt are you? Check the MA V2 for a description - it doesn't lie! (It just doesn't give you the whole truth) :D

P.S. If that doesn't work, go to the console and type:
player->removespell "worn_spell"

What happens to items you acquire while playing a mod after you uninstall the mod? Do they vanish or stay? And journal entries?

I'm pretty sure any items created by the mod will be removed. Not sure about journal entries though.
