In Germany. It's the city that produces the original "Eau de Cologne" which is called "4711 Kölnisch Wasser" here and smells like elder women.

he was being funny, and some people have no tolerance for funny, hell most liked his facetious way & sarcasm but some MODS are simply shooting from the hip before taking a look at things in context.

I called someone a giant nerd. Also got my final warning previously for "threatening" to kick someone in the nuts.
It's like I said earlier, JK. The whole place felt like it was ran by all those weird kids we all remember from elementary school who took being the assigned hall monitor way, way, WAY too seriously.
