Thanks for keeping this thread updated! I just used it as a reference in a conversation with someone who had trouble thinking of any recent non-Arkane immersive sims.

Nice! Corpus Edax seems to have a lot of meat on its bones already.

Right, I'll move that.
You'd probably like how the player appears to sneeze in (

I didn't include the clip because it's not on YouTube.

Well let me post this here & see if we get any discussion.
Warren Spector gave an (
https://www.ign.com/articles/legendary-designer-warren-spector-on-his-return-to-aaa-gaming-with-argos-riders-on-the-storm) interview recently raising the question of the day, can an immersive sim be multiplayer, and if so, how would you do it?
I'll cross post what I wrote about it elsewhere.

A new interview with Warren Spector went up today [...]
I guess it doesn't have anything really new in it. But the main question raised is if immersive sims can be multiplayer.
The problem as I see it is you either allow completely open ended interaction, in which case other people from the real world immediately shatter any illusion you're in the game world, or you minimize the verbs (Journey style) to the point that it's not such a deep experience. I mean it could work for puzzle set-pieces, but not so well for open ended open worlds, which is what imm sims are supposed to be at their core (problems not puzzles). So I don't know how well they can mix, but I'll be interested to see him trying.
Edit: I thought of one example, which is Arma3, esp a mod like Antistasi, where it's an completely open & persistent world where you're running a free form rebellion. In that case you have an underlying mission that pulls everyone into the world really well. It can work for that kind of military sim. But could it work for a story-based or role playing based more traditional style immersive sim though?
