Is he a Marxist, or does he think we are?

Guns are the great equalizer. Never leave home without one.

I have no problem with people owning as may smoothbore, muzzle loading guns as they want.

I have no problem with anyone only using old language and none of this new unnecessary modern language with words that were never known or intended to be included in the 1st Amendment.

Has anyone ever shot a muzzle loader? Bite the end off a paper cartridge and pour the powder down. Pack it and ramrod the shell. Then cap the trigger. Then aim and pull the trigger. Then take your eye off the target and wonder why it didn't fire. Then it fires while you are not expecting it and if you haven't moved the gun it hits the target anyway. You pretend it's what you meant to do at that point. Yay.

Yes, and that's why I prefer guns with rifling and metal cartridges with a primer. My buddy still shoots a ton of muzzle loaders just to prove how good he is.

It does point out the fault in the founding fathers interpretation of the second amendment. They never envisioned an AK.

Maybe they didn't envision the AK but they did envision having to deal with tyrannical governments. You have to remember that the modern US government is not by the people for the people but bought by the corporation for the corporation.
