Gold is definitely rarer and more expensive. TDP/TMA get released like every other Thursday but Gold is difficult to find. I got mine for $30, but you'd be hardpressed to find it that cheap nowadays.

That wasn't there when I first checked. But it's there now. Weird.
[edit] Are you sure that's Thief Gold? I've been checking around and no other site says it's Gold. That's when I can find information on it at all.

Hmm, there's an inconsistency here. Below it says TDP, but above it says three, including Gold (which, if I'm not mistaken, would be four, unless that's inclusive.) However, the image next to the text shows in plain site that it's the thief gold version. I guess we should assume it's Gold and not TDP?:confused:

Since no other site even mentions Gold- Amazon included- I'm forced to assume that it's merely TDP.
Someone should buy it and find out for sure.

It's not out yet - so it's possible that it will be confirmed one way or another soon. The only thief collection I could see on Amazon seems to be a different product (missing the word 'complete').

It clearly seems like it was originally going to be just tdp and has been upgraded to gold - even the box art has changed to thief gold now. Good news for people struggling to find thief gold :)

Ohhh... I might actually buy this if it's really Gold. I have the entire Thief trilogy, but I don't like using the TDPG/TMA discs too much. This'll be a nice replacable standin.
