This is the discussion thread for the <a href="http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=120566">Great Bargain Deals thread</a>.
Use this thread to discuss the deals, the thread, or to thank some people. Anything else will be nuked.

If this takes off any chance of this type of topic having its own forum? I can just imagine it being alot easier to navigate/search, though I guess it would also create more overhead (and it may not be used enough to justify a whole forum).

I have an EBAY store I use. It is all BuyItNow, not 'auctions'. Is it cool to link to something from there?

What I need to know is where I go to discuss this thread. I looked everywhere but couldn't find The Great Bargain Deals Discussion Thread Discussion Thread...

That joke would only work if this were a redundant thread but it isn't so it doesn't. The only thing redundant around here is you.

The only thing redundant around here is THIS THREAD.
Seriously, who wants to have to constantly switch back and forth between threads to carry on a single discussion, especially when you could put someone in charge of the original thread to keep the first post updated with all pertinent info?
David on 4/4/2008 at 06:13
Because that would be a mess. It's been demonstrated in other threads with strict-ish posting requirements.

If you're worried about that might I suggest opening each thread in a separate tab? Quick and easy to switch then.

is the Great Bargain Deals thread limited to games only? can it be extended to good video card bargains, etc.? if not, then can we have a similar great bargains thread in the tech forum, meant for computer accessories and equipment?
