Alright i had the statue rebuilt like reguested and then talk to the orc how built it and then went down to the broken statue and tried to talk agian. It won't give me the goldbrand! i'm really mad. help!

Hmm. First you say you had the statue rebuilt. Then you say you tried to talk to the broken statue. What you are supposed to do is talk to the rebuilt statue- did you do that, or did you go back to the original broken one?
After you commission the sculpture (giving money and a statue book to the sculptor in Caldera), you have to wait a while (45 days, apparently). Then go to Khartag point and talk to the new statue.
If you did all that and still no sword, then I don't know. Someone may have the console command for goldbrand
